Can I change my address?

Any address changes must be sent to

katy@chocniesbrownies.co.uk

We can only change addresses BEFORE dispatch ONLY.

How do I store my brownies?

In an airtight container out of direct sunlight, room temperature.
Eat within 2-3 days to consume them at their best but they will last for a week in an airtight container or tin.

Can I heat up my brownies?

Yes, depending on your microwave wattage I would recommend heating up brownies for around 15 secs.

 

I love mine warmed up with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream!

When will I get my order?

As soon as I receive your order I will be sending them out within 2-3 days first class delivery. Postage and packaging is included in the price of the brownie box.

Do you cater for allergens or have vegan options?

At this time no – I bake from my own kitchen and cannot cater for any requirements.

ALL BAKES ARE MADE IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT HANDLES GLUTEN, NUTS, PEANUTS, MILK, DAIRY, EGGS AND SOYA.

Can I change my order?

No, once you have placed the order its down to you to ensure its correct – Unfortunately we cant change things as we bake to set boxes. We are under pressure to get things bagged up and labelled ASAP to dispatch.


If you wish to cancel your order before its dispatched we charge a 20% cancellation admin fee to cover our time and costs associated with cancelling.

How can I place an order & how much do they cost?

Every Monday at 10am the website goes live with our delicious brownies for the week.

Supplies are very limited and we often sell out in just a few hours. Mixed brownie boxes are available to buy and I select three flavours each week. In each box you will get two brownies of the three flavours selected. Each mixed deluxe brownie box is £15 plus £3.99 p&p. 

 

I cannot fulfill custom orders at this time. Please check social media for all restocking updates. If you wish to cancel your order before its dispatched we charge a 20% cancellation admin fee to cover our time and costs associated with cancelling.

My order has arrived, unfortunately the brownies are broken inside?

Everything that leaves me is thoroughly checked and made sure its up to standard in all ways. However once your box leaves me and its in transit, its out of my hands. Brownies and the packaging does SOMETIMES get damaged through transit which I cannot be held responsible for along with weather conditions, thats also out of my hands. If you’re not happy with these terms please don’t order.

I had my item in my basket, went to pay and then sold out?

Its the fastest to pay who gets the boxes when they are uploaded to my website. Having a box in your basket doesn’t mean its yours unfortunately, as theres hundreds of other people with it in their basket too at the same time! – FASTEST to PAY gets the boxes.
